Terms of use

Last reviewed 2026

1. Who publishes this site

This website is published by H. T. C. FASTENINGS LIMITED. Using the site means accepting these terms.

2. The site is information only

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a quotation, or a representation that any particular item can be supplied. No prices, availability, delivery arrangements or account terms are published here. A contract arises only when the company accepts an order in writing.

3. Terms of supply are separate

Where the company quotes for or supplies goods, the terms that apply are those issued in writing with the quotation, the acknowledgement of order or the invoice. Those written terms govern the supply; these terms of use govern only the website.

4. Accuracy

These pages describe how the business handles enquiries. We take care to keep them accurate, and to say only what the company can stand behind, but the site is not a substitute for a written answer to a specific enquiry.

5. Availability

The site is made available as it stands. We do not undertake that it will be reachable without interruption, and we may change, withdraw or reorganise any part of it without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, stylesheet, script and marks on this site belong to the company. You may read, print and quote from the pages for the purpose of dealing with the company. Republishing the site or a substantial part of it elsewhere requires our written agreement.

The photographs are used under the public domain dedication granted by their authors; the provenance of each file is recorded in the site's documentation.

7. Links

This site does not link to any website outside it. Where that changes, we are not responsible for the content of any site we do not control.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this website; rely instead on the written answer to your enquiry.

9. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

10. Contact

Email accounts@htcfastenings.co.uk, or write to the postal address on the contact page.
